Real fellows. Real campaigns. Real capacity for organizations that matter.

3
Stakeholders.
One ecosystem.

Marketing infrastructure
nonprofits can actually use.

Social Class is built and operated by JDM & Partners, a media-tech partnerships studio in NJ/NYC.

Social Class is a cohort-based fellowship for students at county colleges, state universities, and HBCUs — placed with nonprofits that need stronger brand marketing, clearer storytelling, and more reliable tech systems.

Apprentices are paid to do the work — real deliverables, real organizations, real output. They build editorial calendars, run donor communications, set up basic CRMs, and produce content that turns a nonprofit's existing audience into a long-term fundraising and brand asset.

Most nonprofits are already sitting on their most underused asset: their audience. Social Class fellows help partner organizations turn newsletters, community lists, and digital channels into content marketing infrastructure — building repeatable systems that compound over time.

This isn't a workshop series. It's a paid fellowship — with a real community and lasting organizational capacity built in.

6–12
Months per cohort. Long enough for campaigns to show results and fellows to build a real portfolio.

Three doors.
One mission.

Social Class connects three groups who need each other: early-career students who want paid, meaningful work; nonprofits that need brand marketing capacity and technology support without a full internal team; and sponsors ready to invest in the next generation of social impact leadership.

Good Fit

Nonprofits with active audiences — donor lists, newsletters, community channels — but limited brand or tech capacity.

Students who want paid, meaningful, portfolio-building work in social impact.

Sponsors who care about credible, long-term pathways for talent — not just event logos.

Not the Right Fit, Right Now

Organizations with no capacity to host fellows or give feedback.

Students who only want short, unpaid shadowing.

Sponsors seeking one-time visibility without sustained engagement.
